Extended papers will be invited to submit for publication in the following special issues of ACM Transactions on Asian and Low-resource Language Information Processing (TALLIP) journal:

• Special Issue on Cyber-Social Issues Prediction in Low-Resource Languages with Deep Internet of Things (DIoT)
• Special Issue on Language Technology for Safer Online Social Media Platforms in Low-resource Eurasian Languages
